Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At Lenkaa, we want you to love your bracelet! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@lenkaa.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
